Great Eastern Chimney Lining Service Ltd
Most of our chimney lining work is carried out by George Martin (Great Eastern Chimney Lining Service Ltd) who has 25 years experience working with chimneys and flues. He has experience using all methods, cast in-situ, rigid stainless steel, modular and flexible stainless steel flue systems, and all work is carried out to the highest standards.
We primarily line with 904 mulifuel flexiblestainless steel as in our opinion the advances in this type of liner has outstripped the other available methods. We always ensure that the linings are insulated with either rock wool wraps or vermiculite backfill in accordance with the manufactures instructions.
904 linings are covered by a 25 year warranty provided by the supplier/manufacturer.
Great Eastern are approved members of the National Association of Chimney Engineers and on completion of lining works a numbered data plate is affixed at the property and the installation registered with NACE in accordance with current regulations.
Great Eastern and Homework’s are both HETAS trained in accordance with Building Regulations doc J.
